When to go
The snow season usually runs from June to September at the resorts near the city, such as Valle Nevado and Farellones. Summer (December to February) is dry and hot, good for wineries and the coast.
How long to stay
4 to 5 days: the city, a day in the snow, a day at the wineries and a day in Valparaíso and Viña del Mar.

Arturo Merino Benítez Airport (SCL) has direct flights from Brazil, about four hours from São Paulo.
