This website belongs to RRC Viagens e Turismo and presents the agency's services, publishes travel content and receives contact and quote requests. The Portuguese version of these Terms prevails.
2. Information and prices
Guides and articles are for information only. Entry rules, document requirements and service conditions change often: always confirm with a consultant before travelling. Prices and availability are only guaranteed once a booking is confirmed.
3. Online bookings
Searches lead to RRC's online store, hosted by the partner platform Oner Travel. Purchases follow the terms shown at the time of booking and each supplier's rules.
4. Quotes
Sending a form or message is a quote request, not a booking.
5. Virtual assistant
The virtual assistant answers automatically and gives general guidance that does not replace confirmation by a consultant.
6. Privacy
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
